AYAF is looking for thoughtful, dependable volunteers to support the 2026 Founding Exhibition.
Whether your interests are in art, education, community engagement, photography, or event organization, there is a place for you on our team. Volunteers will work alongside festival organizers to welcome guests, support young artists, assist with exhibition activities, and help the event run smoothly.
No previous event experience is required. What matters most is that you are responsible, respectful, willing to learn, and ready to contribute as part of a team.

Receive recognition
Volunteers may receive an official certificate and verified service hours. Outstanding long-term volunteers may be considered for a letter of recommendation.
Volunteer Opportunities
Assignments will be based on festival needs as well as each volunteer’s interests, experience, and availability.
Exhibition Setup
Prepare the venue, assist with artwork installation, organize signs and materials, and help make the exhibition ready for visitors.
Visitor Services
Welcome guests, support check-in, provide directions, answer general questions, and help maintain a friendly environment.
Artist Support
Guide young artists and their families, assist with workshops and activities, and provide support during the award ceremony.
Photography & Media
Help document approved festival moments through photography, video, social media content, and behind-the-scenes coverage.
Event Operations
Assist with timing, logistics, team communication, venue coordination, and other practical needs throughout the event.

What We Ask of Volunteers
- Be responsible, reliable, and punctual
- Be friendly and respectful toward all participants
- Work cooperatively as part of a team
- Follow AYAF policies and team instructions
- Communicate in English; additional languages are welcome
- Be available for at least one assigned event shift
Volunteer Schedule
Please indicate every date on which you may be available. Selected volunteers will receive their confirmed role and shift details before the event.
You are welcome to volunteer on more than one day. Exact times will be provided with your assignment.
Before You Apply
Volunteer positions are limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. Training and arrival information will be provided to selected volunteers, and roles may be adjusted according to the needs of the event.
