Who We Are
Atlantic Youth Arts, Culture & Family Society is a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people through the arts, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and supporting families across the Atlantic provinces.
We believe creativity is more than a talent. It is a way for children and youth to discover their voice, understand others, and grow with confidence.
What We Do
We create educational programs, workshops, exhibitions, and community events that help children and youth explore and develop their artistic talents.
We also support newcomer families, cultural exchange, and intergenerational programs where youth, families, and seniors can learn from each other, share experiences, and build stronger community bonds.
Our Mission
Our mission is to build an inclusive community where youth creativity, cultural heritage, family well-being, and community engagement are celebrated and connected.
Youth Arts Development
We provide exhibitions, workshops, camps, and learning opportunities that encourage young artists to explore their creative potential.
Cultural Exchange
We promote appreciation of diverse cultures and create opportunities for intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding.
Community Connection
We collaborate with schools, libraries, community groups, and cultural institutions across the Atlantic provinces.
Our Vision
We believe in a circle of community growth where children, families, and seniors learn, create, and thrive together.
Youth bring creativity, families bring support, and seniors bring wisdom. Together, they form a cycle of mutual care, inspiration, and shared learning.
Our Creative Community
Through art exhibitions, cultural programs, workshops, and community activities, we celebrate youth creativity and the connections that bring people together.
